Flight Info
You will receive your booking confirmation and flight information via email. You are expected to check into your flight 24 hours in advance and be prompt for your flight (we recommend arriving at the airport up to 3 hours prior to your flight if you are checking a bag).
If there are any changes to your flight itinerary, departure or return locations, or an emergency that requires you to change your flight, please contact Dori-Anna Tomei or Lachelle Metcalf as soon as possible.

Planned Activities
SHOT OF ART
Get ready for a high-energy, creative experience unlike any other! Scholars will unleash their inner artist at a freestyle art studio transformed into a vibrant, neon-lit canvas. The session features two immersive rooms: the Splatter Room, where each scholar receives their own canvas to create a one-of-a-kind abstract masterpiece, and the Spinning Room, where paint-filled balloons meet a BB gun and spinning canvases to produce stunning, dynamic works of art. Come prepared to get colourful!
BEACH WORKOUT
Wake up and take in the breathtaking sunrise over one of the world's most iconic shorelines — Santa Monica Beach. We will start our morning with an energizing, choose-your-own workout led by expert instructors across three dynamic circuits: HIIT, Mat Pilates, and Guided Stretch & Mindfulness. Whether you're looking to push your limits or ease into the day with intention, there's an option for every scholar. Scholars must pre-select their workout preference prior to the conference.
GOURMANDISE COOKING SCHOOL
Step into the kitchen and get ready to cook, connect, and celebrate! Under the guidance of expert chef-instructors, scholars will work in small groups to prepare a fresh and flavorful Thai menu entirely from scratch. Designed for all skill levels, this hands-on class is as fun as it is educational — blending culinary technique with great conversation. The experience culminates with everyone gathering to enjoy the delicious meal they've created together. A truly unforgettable farm-to-table moment! Attendee food allergies will be accommodated.
HELL'S KITCHEN BROADWAY PLAY
Experience the magic of live theater with an evening at Hell's Kitchen — the award-winning Broadway musical built on the iconic music of Grammy-winner Alicia Keys. Drawing from her own upbringing in New York City, this deeply moving jukebox musical is set against the pulse of the 90s and tells a powerful story of a mother and daughter navigating love, identity, purpose, and community. Celebrated as a New York Times Critic's Pick, Hell's Kitchen has been praised as "thrilling from beginning to end." This is one night you won't want to miss.
